Exhibition of photographs of Association of Zaolzie Photographers ZTF : Roman Chmiel, Lukasz Ciahotny, Radomir Krygiel, David Peter, Marian Siedlaczek oraz Halina Sikora

The Association of Zaolzie Photographers (ZTF) was created formally in 2001. It is not a stricte artistic group, it does not have a program nor artistic manifesto. The members include (there are about 40 at the moment) amateurs and professionals as well, mainly Poles from Zaolzie. Through the last few years young promising adepts of photography joined the Association. Every year members meet during 5-day plein-air in Beskidy with invited guests - professionals and important people working the field of photography from Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland.
A natural sphere of activity are shows – both solo and group. ZTF also has a column in a new monthly magazine “Zwrot”, published in Cieszyn by Polish Cultural and Educational Association functioning in Czech Republic.
Poles living in Zaolzie focus not only on political and folklore activities but also the create stricte artistic associations that go beyond Polish minorities – original inhabitants in Czech Republic.
