Subject of semestral project: M.A. course, winter 2009/2010
The project can be realized using the essay or a document form. Kitsch is necessary. The true work of art remains in the relation to the reality. The feelings of the subject are not what points towards the true existence of things. The things themselves hide the references to our life. They can reveal the reality. The attitude you take is your individual decision.

The other is a cycle of works we made together with my girlfriend. We use our bodies to create
some a kind of „other“ being, which savours both of us. „The other“ as this new being was named, is ever so close, but absolutely unreachable, trapped to stay one step before it‘s born. The first meaning of this work was to transfuse the blood between each other, but our demand was rejected in several medical institutions. We multiply our portraits in presented photographies and there is our real mixed blood in flasket presented in the installation. Then, in presented video, our blood flow towards each other to join and mell together.
